Part 1 Both the Republican Bush Administration and the Democratic United States Senate have made national energy security a top priority. Bush wants more U.S. energy and the Senate wants more conservation. Neither the Republicans nor the Democrats have given serious thought to an American international oil policy. Consider this fact: The Caspian Sea has some of the largest oil and gas reserves in the world. The countries surrounding this sea are important for the future-Russia is a Christian nation. However, all the others in this region are Muslim--Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Iran, and Azerbaijan hold the keys to these oil and gas reserves. President Bush well said after September 11th that the United States must reach out to the Muslim world. What better place to start than in the Caspian Sea area because it has so much to offer America. It is in the United States's best interest to establish a strong policy of friendship toward these Muslim Caspian Sea countries. The government of the United States must give unqualified support to the cooperative development of these energy reserves and pipelines. Multiple pipelines must be built in this region if it is to be fully developed. Such pipelines will insure reliable transportation of oil and gas to both Europe and the United States. One of the most important pipelines should run from Azerbaijan through the Republic of Georgia to American friendly Turkey. The most direct pipeline route would be through Armenia. However, Armenia is so unstable it is not logical to run a pipeline across this tiny state. In the past century Armenia has been pro-Ottoman Empire and anti Ottoman Empire. Pro Russian Soviet Union and anti Soviet Union. Pro British and anti British. Pro French and anti French. Pro Italian and anti Italian. Pro Nazi Germany and anti Nazi Germany. Pro United States and anti United States. These Armenians will cut a deal with the devil if they think it is in their best interest and this is why they show no loyalty to anyone. This is why it is not in any nation's interest to build a pipe-line there. The sad facts are that Armenia has been, and continues to be, a terrorist state as evidenced by its sneak, surprise and cowardly attacks on neighbors Georgia and Azerbaijan early in the 20th century. In the middle part of the century Armenian hit men assassinated Turkish diplomats around the world-killing 70 of them and their families and innocent by standers. In addition more than 300 people were wounded in the shootings and bombings in their sneak personal acts of vengeance and violence. In 1992 Armenia, with more than a billion dollars in Russian military support, made another sneak-surprise attack on neighbor Azerbaijan once again. This time the Armenians captured more than 20% of the country and either murdered or forced more than one million poor Muslim souls out of their homes. These Muslims today live a terrible tent city existence while the Armenians ravage someone else's property! Armenia "claims" to be the first Christian State on earth! Azerbaijan is a Muslim country. Armenia has played the holy and pure Christian Vs the terrible Muslim since it first attempted to become a state in 1918. The Armenian consistent conduct over the past 100 years is one very good reason why many in the Muslim world hate the Christian United States. The reason is crystal clear: The United States makes an all out effort to support Armenian Christians, even when they are wrong, against any Muslim country! Case in point: The Armenian American political lobby force is making an all out effort to get the United States Congress to force Azerbaijan to run its pipeline through its terrorist landlocked state and then to Turkey rather than through Georgia. First of all, what business does the United States Congress have in backing such a gaggle of thugs! Case in point: The Armenian Americans pressured the United States Congress to cut foreign aid to Azerbaijan after Armenia made its sneak, unprovoked and surprise attack in 1992. The Armenian American special interest lobby (there aren't many more than 1 million of them in the US) wrote legislation and got Congress to pass a law it to protect Armenia. This law declares that because Azerbaijan closed its ports to Armenia, and wouldn't allow this terrorist state to bring in military supplies, then refuse to permit the Armenians to cross their soil so they could use the weapons against Azerbaijan, such an act was an "illegal blockade." Wouldn't the United States have done the same thing if it were attacked? Yes! So, why did the US Congress get involved in supporting a Christian nation who was an aggressor and who was wrong in attacking a Muslim neighbor? Case in point; After September 11, 2001, President Bush wanted to reach out and establish good United States relationships with several Islamic countries because it clearly is in American's best interest to do so. There is nothing about Armenia that is in the United States's best interest to defend! Fact of the matter is that throughout Armenian's brief history, they claim an "ancient homeland." The facts are this self-called "homeland" is less than 200 years old. Armenia's chief export during its hundred-year history has been and continues to be terrorism. Armenian's number one import is foreign aid from Christian governments and Christian churches around the world. To rub salt into the American taxpayer's open wound-Armenian Americans opposed President Bush's War on Terrorism as to Azerbaijan because the President might hurt their "ancient homeland if he had anything to do with these Muslims!. This selfish greed was far more important to them than the national interest of all the rest of America! Over the past ten years Armenia has secured more than one billion dollars in military support from Russia and more than 1.4 billion dollars more from the United States that helps these terrorists keep the lands and homes they stole from the Muslim Azerbaijanis. In addition, Armenia has received countless millions of dollars more from Christians and their church organizations around the world. To add insult to injury, the United States government will give Armenia another 90 million U.S. Dollars in 2002, which includes 5 million U.S. Dollars in military assistance. Isn't it logical for Muslims to resent the United States, helping Armenia to terrorize them with military assistance? In today's post September 11th world, it is in the United States best interest to establish day to day good relationships throughout the Muslim world. Here, in the Caspian Sea region, is just the place to start because of the three-letter word-OIL! The United States must now cut Armenia loose until such time as it stops state-supported terrorism against Muslims or anyone else. To keep feeding terrorists billions of dollars is for Americans to say to the Muslim world-THE UNITED STATES APPROVES OF TERRORISM USED AGAINST YOU BY THE ARMENIANS! Such approval certainly isn't Christian and it is long past the time for America to cut off the steady flow of big dollars to Armenia. The United States can no longer afford to keep up this tiny place-a state that has such a long and proven history of terror, massacre, fraud and deceit all committed in the name of Christ! Part 2 The Caspian Sea is located at the crossroads of Western Europe, Eastern Asia, and the Middle East. This region of the world today serves as a trafficking area for weapons of mass destruction, terrorists, and narcotics trade. The states around the Caspian Sea, such as Armenia, are plagued with government corruption, political repression, and virtual absence of the rule of law. In August of 2001 the Caspian Pipelined Consortium loaded its first tanker with oil from this region through Russia to the Black Sea for Export to Europe and the United States. Soon this pipeline will have a capacity of 1.3 million barrels of oil per day. This represents the biggest addition to the worlds oil market since Alaska and the North Sea oil became available in the 1970s. This oil pipeline is 50% owned by Russia, Kazakhstan and Oman. Eight oil companies own the other 50%. It is not in the best interest of the United States of the United States to rely on this single source of oil from the Caspian Sea! It is, however, in the best interest of the United States to do business with the Azerbaijan International Operating Company that wants to build a pipeline in cooperation with the Turkish state-owned Pipeline Company. This pipeline will carry 1.2 million barrels of oil per day from Baku, Azerbaijan to Tbilisi in Georgia and from there on to Ceyhan of the Turkish Mediterranean Coast for export to Europe and the United States. It is in the best interest of the United States to establish true friendship with this Muslim State of Azerbaijan. Turkey already has a proven 80-year friendship with America and now that Georgia is out from under the clutches of Russia, Turkey has established a solid friendship with this neighbor. The Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey Caspian Sea oil pipeline will provide the only reliable alternative to Russian pipelines and can solidify ties between the Caspian nations and the West. Because of the tiny but loud selfish Armenian American lobby in the United States congress passed what is called Section 907 of the Freedom Support Act of 1992. This law prohibits direct US assistance to Azerbaijan and such support and backing is crucial for creating the economic and political institutions necessary for stable-long term American oil company investment in Azerbaijan. Turkey has guaranteed $1.4 billion dollars in pipeline construction costs in its country. Just think, it was more in the interest of the average American for the US government to have paid its 1.4 billion dollars for this pipeline rather than to give it as a handout to terrorist Armenia to use against Azerbaijan during this past ten years. This is exactly what has happened. Armenia has nothing to offer the United States by way of export! This tiny state has less than 3 million people and buys little from the United States. This dictatorial little place is nothing more than an aggressive terrorist trouble maker in the Near East and American Christians and the government hands out big bucks and keeps propping up this rogue terrorist state against the Muslim world. It should not be any surprise that the Muslim Middle Eastern oil producing states have steadily increased the price of their oil to the United States. Every American citizen pays the price in higher gas prices because of the Armenian greed and it terrorism toward Muslims each and every time they buy gas for their cars. American Churches and the government doesn't need to just keep on keeping on giving a gang of bandits billions of taxpayer dollars to help them attack and terrorize Muslims as they do today! To back and support fellow Christians is something Christ himself taught. But Christ didn't teach backing someone whom merely "claims" to be Christian and does evil acts! Jesus said, "test the spirits." It is past time o test the spirit of Armenia. The proof of their "claim" to be a member of the body of Christ fails such a test. Therefore, the United States must treat this gaggle of thugs for what they are-a terrorist state who shouldn't receive another red cent from either the government, Christians, or any church until they renounce and give up their terrorist ways and practice what Christ taught-"Love Your Neighbor." In the meantime, while Armenia is floundering in terrorism, the United States government must continue to work with Turkey, Georgia and Azerbaijan to provide another good and reliable source of oil for American consumers.
